Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes Special Tools:

| 1 | Remove:
|
| 2 | Tape the template to the upper rear corner of the left guard. With a felt tip pen, mark out all hole positions. Drill a 4mm pilot hole for each hole position. Drill main two (2) holes to 83mm using the hole saw. Using the air hacksaw trim the remaining material to join both holes. File and de-burr hole. Drill the remaining five (5) mounting holes to 16mm using the step drill. De-burr and paint all holes |
| 3 | Mark out the inner guard hole position by measuring back from radiator support panel 115mm. Then down from upper guard mounting flange 137mm Recheck dimensions and drill a 4mm pilot hole. Drill to 83mm using the hole saw. De-burr and paint hole. |
| 4 | Install mounting studs to snorkel and fit to guard. Fit upper mounting bracket between windscreen and door sealing rubber. Bolt bracket to snorkel and upper mounting bracket. Drill a 4mm pilot hole for each hole position. Drill four (4) holes to 8mm. De-burr and paint holes. Insert plastic plugs and fasten upper bracket to "A" pillar. Install snorkel and fasten using necessary hardware. |
| 5 | Install rubber edging to inner guard hole. Install molded hose to snorkel. Remove air entry duct from air cleaner, refit air cleaner and connect molded hose. Fasten hose clamps. |
| 6 | Re-fit wheel arch liner and indicator lens. |
| 7 | Install air ram and fasten. |
