Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes

- Air Hacksaw
- Step Drill
- Pop Rivet Gun

Remove:
- Air Cleaner Assembly.
- Tray under Brake Booster (RHD Models).
- Vacuum Reservoir.
- Wrangler Sticker.

Positioning the template along the join of the guard to the body, place a flat item (eg 30cm ruler) along the top of the guard butt the template up square. Tape the template to the guard. Using a felt tip pen, mark all hole positions, remove the template. |

Drill a pilot hole for each hole position. Using the step drill, drill the 2 snorkel mounting hole positions to 12mm, using the 76mm holesaw drill the main hole, de-burr and paint all holes. |

Screw the mounting studs into the snorkel body inserts and fasten the upper mounting bracket to the snorkel body. Place a piece of masking tape along the 'A' pillar approximately where the bracket will be positioned. Carefully position the snorkel body onto the guard. With the snorkel body correctly positioned onto the body, mark around the outside of the bracket. Remove the snorkel body. |

Remove the 'A' pillar bracket from the snorkel body and position onto the 'A' pillar between the outlined marks, using a felt tip pen mark the hole positions, drill a pilot hole for each position and then drill to 8mm. De-burr and paint holes. |

Insert plastic body clips into the 'A' pillar then fasten 'A' pillar bracket into position using s/t screws (item no.5). Position the snorkel body onto the guard with the snorkel body correctly positioned fasten using necessary hardware. |

Remove the air entry snout from the air cleaner housing then tape the air cleaner template into position. Mark all holes and the cut out section. Drill a 5mm hole for each hole position. Using the air hacksaw cut out the new air entry hole. Place the air inlet blank off plate (item no 13) into position and mark each hole position, drill each hole to 5mm. |

Apply a liberal amount of silicone sealant (sensor) to the blank off plate and pop rivet to the air cleaner housing. Apply a liberal amount of silicone sealant to the air inlet adaptor and pop rivet into position. |

Fit rubber edging into position (refer drawing). Re-install air cleaner housing to vehicle and install flexible ducting and fasten using the cable ties supplied position the ducting as per drawing. Refit tray under brake booster and vacuum reservoir. |

Install air ram assembly to the snorkel body and fasten. |
