Fitting time: Approximately 75 minutes
Special Tools:
- Unibit Step Drill
- Silicone sealant (sensor safe)
- 3.5 mm drill bit

Remove:
- Air intake grill from the right hand guard.
- Radio antenna from the right hand guard.
- From inside the engine bay, remove the genuine plastic air intake ducting.

Tape the template in position on the upper rear corner of the guard, mark the mounting hole positions using a felt pen. Remove the template and drill the 3 mounting holes to 16mm using the step drill. Deburr and paint holes. |

Bolt the upper mounting bracket to the snorkel body. Install the studs into the snorkel body inserts and carefully fit the snorkel body to the vehicle. Mark the upper mounting bracket hole positions using a felt pen. Remove the snorkel body from the vehicle. |

Drill the bracket mounting holes to 3.5mm. Smear a small amount of silicone onto the upper mounting bracket to stick the rubber gasket into position on the bracket. Apply silicone to the back of the snorkel body and stick the foam body gasket into position on the snorkel body. |

Install the steel sleeve into the end of the standard air duct. Use a liberal amount of silicone to secure into position. (Refer to drawing). |

Install the standard air ducting into position, applying silicone between the join of the ducts and to the main surface of the air intake duct to provide a watertight seal. (Refer to drawing). Secure the ducting into position with the standard screws and hose clamp supplied, peel the backing paper of the sealing gasket and stick into position. |

Apply silicone to the sealing gasket surface, position the snorkel body onto the vehicle, with the snorkel body correctly positioned, fasten the snorkel body to the vehicle using appropriate hardware supplied in the kit. |

Refit radio antenna, install the air ram assembly to the snorkel body and fasten hose clamp. |
