Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes Special Tools:

| 1 | Remove:
|
| 2 | Tape the template to the upper rear corner of left hand guard. Using a felt tip pen, mark the hole positions on the guard, remove template. |
| 3 | Drill a 4.5mm pilot hole for each hole position. Using the step drill, drill the 5 snorkel mounting holes to 16mm. Using the 86mm holesaw, cut the main snorkel hole. Deburr and paint holes. |
| 4 | Bolt upper mounting bracket to the snorkel body then screw the 5 mounting studs into the snorkel body inserts. Position the snorkel body onto the guard and mark the 3 upper mounting bracket hole positions on the plastic windscreen trim. Remove the snorkel body and drill a 4.5mm pilot hole through the trim and the 'A' pillar. |
| 5 | Remove the plastic windscreen trim and drill the 3 hole position in 'A' pillar to 8mm. Deburr and paint holes. Insert the plastic body clips into the 'A' pillar. |
| 6 | Refit plastic windscreen trim and fasten upper mounting bracket into position. Refit 'A' pillar weather seal. |
| 7 | Position snorkel body onto the guard and fasten using the necessary hardware supplied in the kit (ensure all mounting studs have adequate clearance to all mounting hole positions). Fasten snorkel body to 'A' pillar bracket using bolt assembly (Item No 8). |
| 8 | Dismantle the air cleaner entry ducts off the air cleaner housing and apply a liberal amount of silicone sealant to achieve a water tight seal at all joints. Also smear a liberal amount of silicone sealant to the inside of the air entry hose. |
| 9 | Re-install air cleaner assembly into the vehicle and fasten air entry hose to air cleaner entry duct using cable tie (Item No 12). |
| 10 | Refit wheel arch liner. Fit air ram assembly to snorkel body and fasten. |
