Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes Special Tools:

| 1 | Remove:
|
| 2 | Cut boom bottle assembly as per drawing. Insert steel sleeve (item 16) with silicone. |
| 3 | Tape template to upper rear corner of left hand guard. With a felt pen mark out all holes. Drill a 4mm pilot hole for each hole position. Drill main hole to 83mm with the holesaw drill the 2 upper mounting holes to 16mm and the lower hole to 9.5mm with the step drill. |
| 4 | Using the air hacksaw, open the main hole as per template also cut out the indicator hole. File to correct shape. De-burr and paint holes. |
| 5 | Bolt upper mounting bracket to snorkel and fit upper rear stud to snorkel. Place snorkel on guard and fit remaining studs. Carefully mark around outside of upper mounting bracket. Remove snorkel and mark 4 holes on "A" pillar and drill to 8mm. De-burr and paint holes. Insert plastic plugs and fasten upper mounting bracket to "A" pillar. Install snorkel to guard and fasten using necessary hardware. |
| 6 | Install flexible duct to snorkel and boom bottle, fasten hose clamps. Install indicator and connecting wiring. Refit wheel arch and wheel. |
| 7 | Install air ram to snorkel and fasten. |
