Fitting time: Approximately 120 minutes
Special Tools:
- 95mm hole saw
- Step drill
- Air hacksaw

Remove:
- RHS front wheel arch liner.
- Boom bottle assembly from behind guard.
- Indicator from guard.

Cut webbing from boom bottle assembly as per drawing. |

Tape template to upper rear corner of right hand guard. With a felt pen, mark out all holes including new indicator hole position. Drill a 4mm pilot hole for each hole position. Drill two main holes to 95mm with the hole saw . Drill the three mounting holes to 16mm with the step drill. |

Using the air hack saw, join the two main holes as per drawing. Also cut out the indicator hole. File to correct shape. Deburr and paint holes. |

Bolt upper mounting bracket to Snorkel and fit studs to Snorkel. Place Snorkel on guard and carefully mark around outside of upper mounting bracket. Remove Snorkel and mark three holes on ‘A’ pillar and drill to 8mm. Deburr and paint holes. Insert plastic inserts and fasten upper mounting bracket to ‘A’ pillar. Install Snorkel to guard and fasten using necessary hardware. |

Install rubber hose to Snorkel and boom bottle. Fasten hose clamps. Install indicator and connect wire. Refit wheel arch liner. |

Install air ram to Snorkel and fasten. |
